1- Having at least 3 years of carpet export experience or 5 years of carpet sales experience
2- Complete the specification form
3- signatures of 3 representative members of the union (with a valid membership card)
4- Photocopy of valid business card
5- Photocopy of birth certificate and national card
6- Photocopy of ownership document or lease document from workplace (residential place is not acceptable)
7- 4 photos 4×6 or smaller
8- The original payment slip in the amount of 15 million Rials to account no
3-00-02892589-01 Saderat Bank of Iran, Bo Ali Branch, Tehran Bazaar, or Account No. 700 of the Islamic Relief Fund named as the League (for entrance fee and one-year membership fee)
9- Photocopies of a number of bills of lading and carpet export contracts in the name of the applicant
10- If the applicant is a legal entity, provide the details of the CEO along with the official newspaper and the company’s articles of association.
If more documents and information are needed, the applicant will be notified.
Submitted documents are considered in the weekly meetings of the board of directors (usually on Saturday afternoons) and if approved, a membership card will be issued, and if not approved, the paid funds will be returned to the applicant.
